As the title says, I am still here. Just trying to fit all my nerdy interest into to my day.

Easter weekend

Had a great easter weekend. Lots of yummy food and good company.

Pulled up my lounge carpet today.

Off to dinner to celebrate Christophers 30 th.

Fantastic weekend

This was my weekend:

- Jamie won 1st round public speaking competition.
- had coffee with girls in Leedsrville.
- stayed in hotel with Chris on Saturday night - with spa.
- had dinner at Red Cray
- won $2:50 at casino
- had morning coffe with Pete
- had lunch with Britt and Tom

Jamie won public speaking round 1

Well with a 6 am start we headed out to city beach for Jamie to have her first attempt at a public speaking competition.

She spoke about the dangers of being a teenager. And spoke very well. We were both proud but not entirely surprised when she won her heat. Now she is on to the semi-finals.

Go Jamie!!!

Doctor Who official date

Good news Who will be back on Saturday April 11th. Looks like Easter Sunday will be something besides chocolate this year.

Quiz night Tuesday

Well Tuesday marked an invitation from Pete, Steve and Rod to join them for a quiz night at the Greenwood tavern. It was a great night and we came third doing very well for ourselves. The winning team only got one question wrong all night.

It was a long drive home. But the guys asked me back again ( I must have answered enough questions right) so I may go next week again.
